New Farm in North Yorkshire
A fantastic new project in North Yorkshire with the demolition of several old buildings and the creation of a brand new Farm with several Steel Framed Buildings. The entire project being run by Glendale Engineering from Groundworks all the way up through Steel Fabrication and Erection using our own Plant & Men. Glendale can offer the whole package from start to finish on these large projects.
Update 16th October 2020: Work is progressing well with cattle building 2 and following consultation with the local vet we have come up with an improved plan in the build to help with animal welfare. We have a team fitting timber purlins (as opposed to steel purlins) which eliminates condensation building up on them and subsequently dripping onto cattle. We also have work ongoing on the installation of a slurry channel system and reception pit.
Update 7th December 2020: Some internal photos of Cattle Building No.1 looking extremely smart, we are, and more importantly the client, are very happy with the finish. The building was signed over to our client at the end of last week - They didn't waste any time in getting it into use as it's now full of cattle.
We specialise in the construction of all types of steel-framed buildings - including schools, universities, hospitals, offices and retail developments.
We are a leading company in the manufacturing of Livestock feeding and handling equipment including sheep and cattle handling systems.
We have a range of equipment available for hire including 40 tonne cranes, 16metre lift fork lifts and scissor lifts.
